Mary's lose to a last min goal. Great battling performance by Mary's who didnt deserve to lose this match. We were 1-02 to 0-03 up at half time with 1-01 from Mikey Byrne, but fell behind to an O'Tooles goal midway through the second half. We fought back with another goal from Mikey and a couple of points from Eoin Murray but it wasnt to be. Best for us were; Ian Marron, Jason Masterson, Luke Brady, Cillo Crookes & Mikey Byrne. Scorers; Mikey 2-01,Eoin 0-04, Mick Delaney -01

Report:
Bad day for the lads in front of a big crowd in Saggart. Marys were 9 - 5 behind at half time with 2 fine points from Mikey Byrne and a long range effort from Graham Bennett. But Na Fianna started the second half in flying form and after an early goal ran out easy winners. Darren Murray, who scored a fine point, and Luke Brady kept battling away for Marys but it wasnt to be. We thank the lads for giving us some great moments during the year and to Dommo, Micky & Walsher who looke after them.
